Another quick fix and healthy recipe from me. Baby corn pepper fry, one of the laziest dish I have made in no time – very simple, tasty and can be reproduced with any other vegetable.
Ingredients
Baby corn – about 8 to 10 of them
Onion – 1 small sized – chopped into thin slices
Freshly ground pepper – 1 tsp
Garlic powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil to saute
Salt to taste
Method
Microwave or boil the cut baby corn for 10 mins.
In a pan, saute onion in oil, add the powders.
Bring in the cooked baby corn, mix well.
Sprinkle salt and pepper generously.
Toss well and serve hot as a side dish.
