There is this cafe in Chennai called the soup and salad cafe, you can read my review in here for it. I loved the Karmatein zondich they have as part of thier really innovative fresh n healthy menu. I had to reproduce it one day at home in my own version and it came out perfectly yummy. This will serve as a quick evening snack (if you have your channa and rajma ready) for kids after shcool especially, it has all the energy they need while its colorful and gives a hot n sweet taste that noone can miss plus with peanuts and potatochips in a wrap who wouldnt love it?
This recipe is posted for the event My Legume Love Affair July Edition hosted by Siri’s Corner and here’s the host-line up for this event at The Well Seasoned Cook
