Ironically, if you are looking for a complete dining experience, this is not the place to go. But if simply want a place to sit and enjoy the luxury of being waited on, while the packed and jammed mall leaves you breathless on a weekend, you are at the right place. Probably the only place in Express Avenue Mall, the few square feet that has air to breathe on a any given Sunday is this restaurant. Don’t get carried away by the fine dine look of the place from outside.
They serve everything on the ‘Escape’ cinemas menu (inside which this restaurant is placed) on the table! Plus a couple of more options like a quick combo of Indian gravy and rice / Chinese fried rice and vegetables / fish / quick and easy Pastas. I have tried the Alfredo Spaghetti Pasta and the Paneer Butter Masala with Pilaf combo, both are great, good quality and quantity. The Egg Fried Rice is also pretty good here. If you have the Escape menu by heart dont hesitate to ask for your favorites even if u dont see them on the menu, like French Fries and Milkshakes. Watermelon juice is yumm.
Pretty expensive for a menu that leaves a lot to be desired. But hey luxury comes with a premium, especially if have achy feet and a huge appetite after shopping for hours! If you feel fooled, take a look at the food court outside and you would be convinced why its better they stay a lil bit expensive than the rest!
Ambiance – 4/5
Food – 3.5/5
Service – 3.5/5
Price – almost 500 bucks for a couple
Will i go back again – well m there almost every weekend!
Hope they increase the menu soon, well then again don’t want the crowd to hit this place too!
