It’s been long since i posted Brat’s recipe in here per se, although he has a good part contribution in almost anything i post from our kitchen, needless of mention. He’s always been a potato-expert at home, but i think his specialty is chinese, he loves to cook with those sauces especially. Last year i had posted Chinese Fried Rice and an indo-chinese Gobi Manchurian from him, and now we ll take a look at fried tofu with soy sauce from brat’s kitchen…
Fried Tofu in Soy Sauce Recipe
Soft Tofu – a cup of cubed ones
Corn Flour – 2 tbsp
Soy Sauce – 3 tbsp
Garlic Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp
Vinegar – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Butter/Olive Oil to fry
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix flour, salt and garlic powder in a bowl, toss the tofu in it.
Once its well coated, fry well in a pan, keep aside.
Meanwhile, add the vinegar, sauces, sugar, salt and pepper in a pan, simmer and let it mix.
Pour the sauce over the fried tofu, toss!
Serve sizzling hot with fried rice!
If you like it hot, you can add paprika too. Also, you can saute onions and bell peppers along with the sauce if u like!
