Gram flour – 1 cup
Rice flour – 1 cup
Chilli powder – 1 to 1 1/2 tbsp
Onion – one big sized, cut in thin slices
Capsicum (Green pepper) – 1 normal sized, cut in thin slices
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup – 4 tbsp
Green chilli sauce – 1 tsp
Soy sauce – 2 tsbp
Manchurian sauce (if available) – 2 tsbp
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste

Mix the flours, salt and chilli powder with some water and make a paste.

Dip the cauliflower florets in the paste and deep fry in oil.

In a kadai, add little oil, saute the onions till they turn golden brown.

Then mix in the capsicum and saute. Add a pinch of salt for the veggies.

Slowly mix in the vinegar and sauces one by one.

Go easy on the soy sauce if ur adding manchurian sauce.

Add the deep fried cauliflowers into this and mix well to serve hot!

The deep-fried Gobi before being added to the Manchurian mixture can be enjoyed as Gobi 65!
