This is a recipe leftovers for all those people who live on maggi, like my husband does!! Now don judge my cooking already it jus shows how lazy i am on an everyday basis altho i love to cook! 😀 But the truth is both of us love instant noodles and have it very often. Although its not something thats left over mostly, this time around i made too much of it and didnt know what to do with the rest, so i put on my innovative chef cap and this is what i got! Yummy Noodles Pakora, easy and instant too.. check it out…

Maggi Noodles Pakoda Recipe

Ingredients
Maggi noodles – masala or curry flavor
Gram Flour (Besan) – 1/2 cup
Rice Flour – 1/2 cup
Corn Flour – 3 to 4 tbsp
Baking Soda – one pinch
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Green Chillies/Coriander leaves (optional)
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry

Method
Make the noodles as per pack instructions, let it cool but dont let it get too dry.
In a bowl, mix the flours, soda and chilli powder.
You may add finely cut green chillies for flavor.
Add water and make a batter as in for pakoda.
Take small quantities of the noodles and make a ball with your fingers.
Dip in the batter and deep fry in oil.
Serve with tomato ketchup for best taste!

You can use Maida and Corn Flour instead of Gram/Rice Flour if u dont want a Desi flavor to it.
If you are using leftover maggi, add a little oil and microwave/re-heat it a little and cool it down.

  1. Thank u so much for this recipe. In my house, maggy has never been a leftover. I was so sad to see the leftover b'cos I hate wasting food. So thought of searching something in google. Thanks a lot.
