Back to back from Brat’s potato adventures! Here’s a simple Mash-potato recipe made for breakfast / brunch on a Sunday afternoon by Brat.. served with boiled eggs and cheese toast! (Psst.. Picasa has some really cool new features, m lovin it!)

Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients 
Potatoes – 3 huge ones
Butter – 3 tbsp
Milk – 3/4 of a cup
Freshly ground black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste 

Method
Peel and boil the potatoes along with salt.
In a pan, melt butter, add the milk and bring to boil.
Add salt and pepper enough for the potatoes. 
Mash the potatoes well with a masher.
Pour the milk over the mashed potatoes and blend well until it comes to a good consistency.

You may add sour cream if you like, goes very well with it!
