Lets start the second year of the blog with Brat’s recipe! If there is one thing i love about our relationship its our common interest for cooking and i just love him for that, except for the times when he takes over and doesn’t let me do a thing! That’s some disadvantage for a common interest eh (or is it an advantage :D)! After coming to the “Great Britain”, we hear of more Kebabs, Tikkas and Curries than Fish & Chips, but i should say the Indo-Britain cuisine is nice to hear but very bland for an Indian palate. Although i did try the Tikka Masala in Britain style (recipe coming up) i think this Vegetable Curry that Brat made wins hands down since its made in our very own yummy simple Indian style although with the ingedients and vegetables available in here…
