Well, we didn’t mean to hurt your feelings just wanted to bring back your dead taste buds to relish food from around the world again (but that list must help you in a few weeks, not to worry). Until then try this restaurant-style Aglio Olio right at home! Here’s a quick recipe –

  1. A) Spaghetti Preparation:
  2. Bring a pot of water to boil
  3. Add salt and a few drops of oil
  4. Add the spaghetti and Let it boil until al-dente
  5. Drain the water and keep the spaghetti aside

B) Aglio Oilo:

  1. Add 3 tbsp of olive oil, extra virgin olive oil is also okay
  2. Add 1 tbsp of garlic and 1 fresh red chilli, if if you do not have fresh red chilli, you can substitute it with dried chilli flakes
  3. One the garlic browns, add the spaghetti and give it a nice stir
  4. Add fresh parsley and its ready to eat
