I ve always wanted to make the kinda egg scrambles, juicy and rich, like we used to get in the US. But somehow the ones u get in india or even make at home, lacks that texture, maybe its the cream or milk added? or maybe its just the way it shud b scrambled! I took up all the instructions seriously and made this yummy scrambled egg at home, came out perfectly!!! A must try!
PS: I did try adding sugar and even ice cream, came pretty interesting, like a pudding of sorts!
