Here’s a simple and easy-to-make Thai recipe that can be made at home, with easily available ingredients in the Indian market. Although i was a bit apprehensive about how it would turn out, havent tried my hands on Thai food much, it turned out absolutely yummy, so delicious that it left us wanting for more when it got over! Trust me and try this out, its a treat to the tastebuds!
Thai Red Curry Recipe
Ingredients
Baby Corn – Cut into halves
Coconut Milk – 1 cup
Red Chilli Sauce – 2 tbsp
Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
Chilli Vinegar – 1/2 tsp
Olive Oil – few drops
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method
In a few drops of olive oil, add the vinegar and let it heat up, saute the baby corns.
Add the sauces, and mix well.
Add half a cup of water, let it cook.
Now add the coconut milk and bring to a boil.
Do not let it cook too long after adding the coconut milk.
Add salt and pepper for taste.
You can microwave the babycorn a little if you need it really tender.
You may use other veggies you may like, cauliflower or broccoli will do great.
