Finally am digging up my drafts to find my own recipes! Well i cook too you know, ok i used to and plannin to soon.. have overa 100 on drafts to save me until then. This Whole Green Moong Dal (Green Gram) recipe is one of its kind, inspired by an Indian restaurant in Coventry, tried it out at home immediately. It is really rich and melting in the mouth, unlike simple Dal Curries we make, it seldom tastes like the usual Dal. A must-try for restaurant-style food lovers.
